Recommended Use: Rub into your palms, hold your palms near your nose, and inhale deeply at least 5 times. This blend can also be applied to the wrists, temples, base of skull and neck or inhaled straight from the bottle. If purchasing the undiluted bottle, it can also be added to a diffuser or lotion and massaged onto the body.

Diluted bottle contains Cocos nucifera (Fractionated Coconut Oil).
