Times are constantly changing and the I Am Adaptable essential oil blend is here to help! This blend includes essential oils to uplift, calm, provide clarity, and boost confidence. It is the perfect blend to help you adapt to change and calm the nervous system.
Recommended Use: Rub into your palms, hold your palms near your nose, and inhale deeply at least 5 times. This blend can also be applied to the wrists, base of skull and neck or inhaled straight from the bottle. If purchasing the undiluted bottle, it can also be added to a diffuser or lotion and massaged onto the body.
10ml - Ingredients: Citrus sinensis (Orange), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Copaifera officinalis (Balsam Copaiba), Salvia rosmarinus ct cineole (Rosemary), Mentha spicata (Spearmint).
Diluted bottle contains Cocos nucifera (Fractionated Coconut Oil).
