White Sage

White Sage (Salvia apiana) purifies the air, removes negative energy, cleanses crystals, relieves stress, improves sleep, boosts energy and raises the vibration of the room.

Before burning White Sage, set an intention of what energy needs to be cleared. Light one end of the bundle and let it burn while walking around the room. Hold a vessel (such as ceramic bowl, plate, Abalone shell) below the bundle to catch ashes. Spend a little extra time in corners, doorways and windows. While burning sage, make sure to have a window open so the unwanted energy and smoke has somewhere to go.
